Speaking from Experience

A well designed space will always meet the needs of the people who use it. In the case of hospitality, this includes both the workers and the patrons of an establishment. Seamless integration of function from each users’ point of view creates a better experience for everyone, yet many projects fail to meet this challenge.

Designer Tony Chi is a master at designing restaurants for just such an experience. His unusual resume of having also been a restaurateur gives him a leg up on understanding the operational side of the equation.
