security, e-mail, and weather and traffic reports through GM's OnStar
system, which links to a 24-hour service center using cellular and
Global Positioning System satellite technology. Additionally advisors at
the service center can remotely unlock doors for drivers who lock
themselves out, as well as locate stolen vehicles and con-tact police.
