April 26, 2006 Metropolis Announces Winner of its 3rd Annual Next Generation Design Prize Virginia San Fratello, an architect and professor at the School of Architecture at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, has been named the 2006 Winner of the $10,000 Next Generation Design Competition.
