This morning I had a chance to check out the fourteen companies exhibiting at this year’s Spanish pavilion. Here are a few of my favorite products.

MO is showing some new pieces by PearsonLloyd. The Delta desk (above) comes in three colors, and it’s available with or without drawers.

And the Alpha shelving collection, also by PearsonLloyd for MO, is available in three heights and two widths.

As usual, Nanimarquina has some beautiful rugs. Here’s a detail of one from Michael Lin’s Formosa collection.

RS’s slogan is Intense living furniture—and the pieces they’re showing are certainly intensely colorful.

Over at Lladró, it’s a Jaime Hayon fest. This lamp is new. And you’ll never guess how you adjust the light…

These porcelain figurines make up Hayon’s other new Lladró piece, called The Love Explosion. (I think that’s supposed to be Jaime himself on the left.)

Ray Power’s Link pendant for LZF Lamps is hand-cut from polywood, a treated wood veneer that the company developed and patented. The polywood is durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for contract and hospitality applications.

We wrote about Antoine + Manuel’s new cabinet for Bd Barcelona last month (see “Cabinet of Curiosities,” in our April issue) but it was fun to finally see it in person. The 3-D decorations look much better in real life than in photos.

Last but not least: Patricia Urquiola’s massive Mangus rug for Gandia Blasco, which occupies about as much square footage as some few New Yorkers’ apartments.
