Nouvel on Sale

Last year, we wrote about Taschen’s massive Jean Nouvel by Jean Nouvel—a limited-edition two-volume set, designed by the architect himself, that came packaged in a special Plexiglas case and retailed for a cool $700. Now the publisher has released a new edition of the monograph that it’s selling for the comparatively affordable price of $200. The difference? This version is not signed or numbered, and it comes in a mere cardboard box. Sigh. We miss the bubble.
Previously: We reviewed similarly immense recent books on Zaha Hadid and Le Corbusier.
