Posted June 15, 2005

This affordably priced contract chair—designed by Jerome Caruso using McDonough Braungart’s cradle-to-cradle production principles—contains 33 percent recycled content, is 99 percent recyclable, and disassembles in less than five minutes. It features ergonomic support made from a pliable molded polymer that provides four different regions of flexibility in the seat and back. The Cella is available in 2 frames, 6 mesh seats and backrests, and 20 upholstery colors.
