After a 15-year career writing books for Taschen (their 1000 Chairs sold over 500,000 copies), Charlotte and Peter Fiell left to create their own publishing company in 2008. The Little Book of Shocking Eco Facts, published this month, is the third in their Ethical Book series, an accessibly priced line that marries cutting-edge graphic design with essential facts culled from trusted sources. “We want to publish books that are relevant and meaningful and, at the same time, to create books that are innovative and as broadly appealing as possible,” Peter Fiell says.
