Tajine Dish
Ceramic
“The people at Made in Design came to Dar Hi and asked if we could take some local objects to produce a small collection for Europe. We thought it could be a way to show the people of Nefta that we can think differently. The tajine has been used one way for ages; you turn the lid over, and it becomes something different—a dish. We emphasized the base a little, and we have this pattern of the Palm Lab. It’s a tip of the hat to the culture. The community already has a good perception of Dar Hi, and now we can build a more long-term collaboration.”
