Metropolis Forums

Continuing its digital video content on DesignTV by SANDOW, Metropolis Forums Webinars provides a new way for architecture and design professionals to be a part of important conversations, ask the tough questions, and discover insights that can help their practice.

Every week, Metropolis will convene industry leaders and innovators in digital video discussions on a range of important topics, including wellness in the workplace, real estate trends, best practices for specification, and the future of hospitality. These public digital events follow a webinar format where viewers can ask the experts questions, or suggest topics for discussion. Recordings of the Metropolis Forums Webinars will be then be available for viewing on DesignTV by SANDOW.

“Metropolis Forums builds on the success of our two in-person event series, Perspective: Sustainability and Think Tank, which have allowed A&D firms and other stakeholders to engage around a wide range of concerns, challenges, and opportunities,” says Metropolis editor in chief, Avinash Rajagopal. “With the webinar format, we can now take those conversations beyond the people in the room and include a broader audience than ever before—especially during this challenging time when people in our industry crave opportunities to connect and learn from each other.”

Anyone who wants to join the live digital audience and directly ask questions to the panelists during the Metropolis Forums Webinars must register for the events.

Registration is free and the webinars are AIA CEU accredited.

Others can follow the programming on DesignTV by SANDOW, which streams Monday through Friday every week on metropolismag.com, interiordesign.net, and luxesource.com. Programming will also be syndicated across the Facebook pages of each of the participating SANDOW brands.

In addition to these publicly accessible Webinars, Metropolis Forums will also convene a series of roundtables with select guests in order to keep industry leaders connected and support the development of insights and information needed to move the industry forward.
