When Zoom Seating introduced the Champion Chair, a modern, ergonomically constructed chair with an angled, perforated backrest designed to promote a healthy posture, function was of the essence. “There is distinction to the back of the chair,” says Herb Duer, Vice President of Sales for the company. “Everything was done to support comfort in seating.” In October, due to overwhelming customer demand, Zoom added mesh to the distinctive Champion backrest, providing an element of form. Made from flexible, interwoven mono- and multi-filaments, the mesh conforms to the occupant’s entire back for continuous support. The Champion Mesh is available in both silver and black mesh.
